1. you have a 15-day period to apply for a return or exchange, starting on the day of delivery. Anything later will not be accepted.
2. please make sure the product is in perfect condition, in its original plastic bag with all original labels attached.
3. Postal costs for returned goods are the customer's responsibility. It will only be reimbursed in case of damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied goods.
4. We cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit.
